All the photographs on the website are low resolution copies of the originals. The supplied prints and cards you order will be high-resolution photographic or inkjet prints. A higher-resolution sample card and print can be downloaded as pdf files to illustrate the accurate size of the products.
Great care has been taken to ensure that website descriptions and photographs accurately portray the goods. However, due to differences in screen calibration, display quality, and the browser you use, the colours you see may not be identical to those on the cards and prints. If you require a large quantity of cards or prints and would like to view the finished products first, please contact us to arrange delivery of samples.
We take care to ensure that our card and prints reach you in the condition they were dispatched. Framed prints are supplied in plastic bags, wrapped in corrugated card, and placed in strong boxes. Mounted prints are protected in plastic bags and dispatched in reinforced envelopes originally designed to mail vinyl LPs. Cards sets are boxed and suitably wrapped for added protection in the post.
A confirmation email will be sent on receipt of your order. We intend to dispatch all orders taken online within three days. We will email you to confirmation your order has been sent. In the event of an unforeseen delay, we will of course let you know.
All UK orders will be sent Royal Mail First Class. Overseas orders will be sent by airmail.
Postal orders will only be accepted using the forms available on this website and dispatched once your payment has cleared. Confirmation of receipt and/or dispatch of postal orders will only be sent if an email address is included with the order.
If you do not receive your order within three days of receiving our emailed dispatch notice, please contact us by phone or email and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
If you wish to return something that you have bought from us, please either e-mail or telephone us the details within 7 days of receiving them to make arrangements for their return to us by you. You, the customer, will be liable for the cost of returning the goods. Please wait for our written agreement before returning any goods. This does not affect your statutory rights in any way.
If any of our goods arrive in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 7 days by email, telephone or post.
In the unlikely case that you are disappointed with the cards or prints you receive please contact us within 7 days by phone or email to resolve the matter. If the goods are in their original condition we will be able to accept them back for replacement or refund.
It is our policy never to share any information given to us by you with any third party. We will not use your details for marketing purposes by post, telephone or e-mail. Any personal information supplied to us is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order with am bioram.
